Overall the continued lack of support for Mac users or fixing problems that are known to exist is why I rated the program poorly. TurboTax did not have the embarrassing problem with forms that TaxCut did this year, so I reverted back to TurboTax (after having to manually enter all 2011 information needed for 2012 since IMPORT does not work).
